Naber Business Park consists of 32 acres at the corner of Highway 241 and Naber Ave NE. The St. Michael Economic Development Authority (EDA) purchased the property and it is being subdivided into several parcels for industrial development. There is one remaining lot located in the northeast corner. The EDA is developing this area to increase jobs and tax base. 

B&D Plumbing Heating and A/C is constructing a new 52,400 square foot building at 12821 44th Court NE in Naber Business Park. The new location will allow B&D to continue serving the growing St. Michael community like they have since 1982. The building will also have two 7,500 SF lease spaces available.

SAB Properties is constructing a 55,000 square foot building at 12350 43rd Street NE. Half of the building will be used by Apollo Technology Group (www.apollotechnologygroup.com), which is expanding from the adjacent property and will continue to occupy their current building. The other half of the new building is available for lease for one or two users.

37,200 square feet of climate controlled storage and 24,971 square feet of cold storage located at 5358 Quam Ave NE. This is on the corner of Hwy 101 and County Road 36.


Fox Hollow Golf Club is constructing a 1,300 square foot addition to the southwest side of the existing clubhouse and a 2,300 square foot indoor golf training facility building, to accommodate golf entertainment year-round. 

The Hideout will consist of a 10-building luxury garage complex, northwest of Ogren Ave NE and 47th St NE, near Boyer Truck. The project will be constructed in several phases. 

Creekside Center (Previously Colonial Mall) is currently undergoing renovations. 

Rachel Contracting constructed a maintenance facility behind their existing office building off Highway 241 and Napier Ave NE. 

A multi-tenant building with six-2,000 square foot bays for lease is under construction at 5735 Quam Ave NE. This is the last vacant lot in Crow River Industrial Park located at the northwest corner of Highway 101 and County Rd. 36.

Located at the southeast corner of Main Street S and St. Michael Parkway, a former City storage building has been remodeled into a restaurant called Home Grown that includes an outdoor patio. Phase two of the site includes a two-story retail/office building to be constructed at a later date. 

Cub Wine and Spirits started construction of a 10,300 square foot store in September, 2023. The facility was completed in Summer 2024. It is located just northwest of Cub Foods along Town Center Drive. 

Due North Car Wash is a premium car wash being built in at 445 Central Avenue East in St. Michael. The car wash will be an approximately 5,287 square foot facility with 13 exterior vacuum stations. Due North has existing facilities in Hutchinson, Monticello and Otsego. The car wash is anticipated to open in Spring 2025.

Chipotle and Starbucks are open for business!

Four Seasons Eye Care Center has built a 5,200 square foot clinic in Town Center. The clinic relocated from the St. Michael Mall.
