The square consists of three vintage buildings, a courtyard in the center, art galleries, and the Cockroach Theater. The indoor and outdoor space has been renovated to display a more modern architecture that compliments the office spaces. The Art Square features both high indoor ceilings and a relaxing open courtyard that create a cultured atmosphere. The walls on the outside of the structure are covered with bright, colorful murals that further elevate the vibe. 

The Art Square serves as an anchor for the First Friday festival, a massive street celebration that attracts thousands of visitors for art, clothes, food, and live music. The location houses rotating galleries and photography exhibits that ensure visitors are impressed. The Las Vegas Fremont East Entertainment District is a six block entertainment district that serves as a counterpart to the Fremont Street Experience. Anchoring the courtyard is a massive four story sculpture, made by Mike Ross, that depicts two discarded tanker trucks interlocking in the air. Along with the shops and sculpture representing creativity, the live outdoor music sets up an environment that is treasured by locals and tourists. 


The Las Vegas Academy of the Arts is a magnet high school located in Downtown Las Vegas. Made up of four programs: Dance, Theater, Music, and Visual Arts, students have to audition to be accepted into the school. The schools goal is to develop students artistic talents through curriculum and experiences that will unlock their full potential. LVA has some of the most talented Faculty and Staff in the country that promote growth and opportunity within students. The school offers an intellectually challenging experience that empowers them with 21st century skills and knowledge to be successful in the international workplace.

Las Vegas Academy of the Arts bridges the gap between traditional learning and creative experience through providing hands on experience. Students can train with world class guest artists, collaborate with conservatories, and learn in a urban, inspiring environment that is surrounded by the Las Vegas Art District that is defined by creativity. 

Vegas PBS Workforce Education is a program in Southern Nevada that equips people of all ages with tools, testing, and training to pursue a career they desire. The initiative offers over 370 career programs and 1,000 short term courses, even offering a on-site testing center for industry-recognized certifications. The program, fostering creativity, offers VR learning labs as an innovative way to get hands-on immersive experience. It also houses many courses for forward-thinking entrepreneurs on how to scale a business and general business strategy.

The Nevada Arts Council is a state agency designed to help art flourish across Nevada. The Council supports creative expression and experiences through artist services, arts education, community development, folklife, and grants. The Beverly Theater in Las Vegas is a 14,000 square foot independent film house and live performance venue, serving as a cultural hub for arthouse cinema, literary events, and live concerts. The theater features a retractable telescopic seating system with 146 seats. The massive 360 square foot screen and state of the art projection and sound all make the theater an immersive experience that does not disappoint.
