The craft beer scene has exploded here, earning such accolades as a Top 10 beer destination from Travelocity and one of America's best beercation spots from Beer & Brewing Magazine. A number of local brewers have been awarded medals at prestigious events like the Great American Beer Festival.

There are dozens of breweries scattered around the city. If you want to hit multiple breweries in a single stop, drop by the bustling Brewery District, which can be found on Candelaria between Edith and I-25.

Founded in 2008 in the heart of downtown Albuquerque, Marble Brewery is devoted to brewing premium craft beer that satisfies the thirsts and discriminating tastes of our diverse and loyal customers. Not only do we brew quality craft beer classics, our fresh cutting-edge specials relentlessly push boundaries and raise expectations. We package a variety of styles and distribute throughout New Mexico, Arizona, Southwest Texas and Southwest Colorado.

Our flagship brewery and taproom is located at 111 Marble Ave NW, and is home to our 30 barrel brew house, fermentation hall, canning and kegging line and a brewery team devoted to excellence. All of our classic styles, including Double White and seasonal releases, are brewed on site. 

Since 2010, the goal of La Cumbre Brewing Co. has been to produce beers that represent the absolute apex of the art of brewing. Ready for liftoff? “Get Elevated” with our Great American Beer Festival® gold medal hop masterpiece, Elevated IPA.


The historical Firestone Company abandoned building constructed in 1949 was restored as a Tap Room with a massive bar, biergarten with stage, large TV screens, game room, front patio, barrel room for meetings and events and a large brewing area with glass windows to allow the public to grab a beer and watch our brewers in action.

Carefully crafted beers including a wide range of styles for every pallet on our 24 tap handles. Handmade root-beer and cream soda along with New Mexico wines available too.

Certified  “New Mexico True” , active in community outreach programs, a full service kitchen,  catering menu, Happy Hour & late night specials make Rio Bravo Brewing the place to hang out with friends and family.

In 1988 we decided that “big beer” could be better beer, and we made the first batch of Santa Fe Pale Ale. Since then, our fam has grown, and we’ve been innovating, evolving, listening, fermenting, experimenting, occasionally failing (R.I.P. Gnarly Root) and crafting interesting, highly-drinkable beverages for thirsty people everywhere.


Long ago, in the distant year 2014, Red Door Brewing came to be. The combined effort of five guys who a shared passion for delicious beer, fun places, and badminton on ice skates, resulted in one of the most magical and welcoming spaces in New Mexico serving some of the best cervezas around.

A red door, long recognized as a cultural sign of welcoming and safety, became the brewery’s logo. While maintaining impeccable quality, we pride ourselves on being a gateway to craft beer. With a large variety of styles of beer, wines, cider, and options such as gluten-removed, we’re confident any patron will find a beverage they are passionate about in a space they feel immediately at home in.

Tractor Brewing Company was founded by a dairy farmer from Wisconsin in 1999 with the vision of making craft beer approachable and inspiring a love of craft beverages in everyone we encountered. Today we produce a core offering of easy-drinking, accessible beers, ciders, and spirits.

Bosque's flagship brewery is conveniently located off of US Highway 550 in Bernalillo, New Mexico with convenient access to Rio Rancho and Santa Ana Pueblo.

The Quarter Celtic craft brewery was founded in 2016 when Brady McKeown, Albuquerque’s most decorated brewer, decided to set out on his own to serve as head brewer along with partners Bob, Mckeown, Ror McKeown, Lee Wilson, Randy Brown, and David Facey. Several of the founders share a common Celtic and Gaelic lineage as quarter Irish, quarter Scottish, and quarter Welsh—hence the name: Quarter Celtic.

Since then, Quarter Celtic has earned multiple national and international awards for our different types of beer, established an Albuquerque brew pub, opened a new tap room, and achieved swift growth and expansion. We’re extremely grateful for the community’s positive response. Our Irish pub and brewing company are now considered some of the best pubs and best breweries in Albuquerque. This has all been thanks to the love we’ve received from the enthusiastic residents and visitors of Albuquerque, New Mexico.


Canteen Brewhouse is proud to be Albuquerque’s longest-standing brewery, serving our first beer back in 1994. Over the last 25 years, we’ve won over 150 local, national and international awards, but we’re most interested in our loyal following of folks who share the same passion for great beer. Join us at the Canteen Brewhouse or Canteen Taproom for a pint, or take home a six-pack, crowler or growler. We want you to believe in beer, too!


Just off 12th Street in the vibrant and thriving Avanyu Plaza, we’ll offer a game-changing menu with mouth-watering comfort food that’s perfect for sharing—along with signature drinks and local craft beers on tap. High and Dry Brewing was founded by a tight-knit group of family and friends looking to bring a small batch brewery experience to Albuquerque centered around their passion for Community and Culture.

Boese Brew Co is a family-owned craft brewery with multiple locations across New Mexico, including Albuquerque. Known for their dedication to quality, they offer a diverse lineup of beers that blend traditional styles with innovative flavors. Their commitment to excellence and community engagement has solidified their place in the state's vibrant brewing scene.

Steel Bender Brewyard is a family-owned brewery and gastropub located in the beautiful Village of Los Ranchos de Albuquerque serving craft beer and cider alongside scratch comfort fare (made daily by award-winning chef Jason Baczkiewicz and his remarkable crew) inside a warm and welcoming public house. Steel Bender Brewyard also distributes beer and cider to restaurants and retail locations throughout New Mexico. 

Part Taos Earthship, part modern garage, full producer of interesting beverages. Gravity Bound Brewing is a small brewery and taproom in downtown Albuquerque. We brew creative and classic beer styles as well as unique and refreshing kombucha. We also keep things as sustainable as possible. The brewery is 100% electric with about 20% coming from our rooftop mounted solar panels. We capture our precious rainwater for landscaping and growing some ingredients on-site. We figure we might as well treat this place well and have fun because we are, for the moment, bound by gravity to it.

Thirsty Eye Brewing Company is located in the Historic Huning Highland/EDo neighborhood of Albuquerque, New Mexico. It offers a variety of fine craft beers, wine, and beverages in a fun, casual, artistic atmosphere. The brewery also features a Thirsty Eye Gallery that hosts monthly, curated exhibits by professional New Mexican artists. 

Founded in 2018, Hollow Spirits is  blocks from downtown in Albuquerque and serves up all things craft and local. Their handmade artisan spirits are at the base of their seasonal craft cocktail menu, but they also feature a selection of the finest beers New Mexico has to offer, delicious local wines, and non-alcoholic drinks.

Bow & Arrow Brewing Co. is a craft brewery located in Albuquerque, New Mexico, founded in 2016 by Shyla Sheppard and Missy Begay. It is notable for being the first Native-woman-owned brewery in the U.S. and focuses on using traditional Native American ingredients to create unique beers, including a collaboration beer brewed on Native land. The brewery emphasizes indigenous ingredients, showcasing a blend of wild, sour, and Southwest-inspired beers, and has expanded to Farmington, N.M. to deepen its Southwestern ties.
