1. Restaurant with Kitchen (Upper Level) – 1,500 sq ft of modern, open dining space with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for restaurant or dining scenes.
2. Lounge (Lower Level) – 1,500 sq ft of cozy, intimate lounge space, ideal for bar or lounge settings.
3. Patio Courtyard – 700 sq ft outdoor courtyard that provides a charming setting for alfresco dining or outdoor scenes.
4. Coffee/Ice Cream Shop – 500 sq ft with a separate entrance, adding versatility as a coffee shop, café, or ice cream parlor backdrop.
Facilities include:
- A fully functioning restaurant kitchen upstairs and bar downstairs
- A separate coffee/ice cream shop setup

While there is no assigned parking (located in Downtown C7 Zone), this newly renovated space offers modern street frontage, adding to its character and charm.
