As a renter of the Abbotsford Arts Centre, you will enjoy the use of two large, well-lit dressing rooms and convertible loading bay suitable for use as a quick-change area. Additional portable costume racks and other standard amenities will complete your backstage experience. The Green Room, located right behind the stage, is equipped with a sink/counter, mirrors, video, clear com and program sound.

Matsqui Community Hall

Located in a unique country setting in the heart of Matsqui Prairie, this heritage hall was built in the early 1930’s. It is the “gem” of the Matsqui Prairie that was built by the community for the community. This landmark building has been around for generations and has hosted all kinds of events that has brought the community together. Today it is often referred to as a local Heritage Site, and holds important historical significance in the development of Abbotsford and surrounding communities. The hall was incorporated as a non profit association in 1932, and today continues to be exclusively operated and maintained by it’s Board of Directors, members and community volunteers.

• The hall capacity is 240 people
• Approximately 2900 square feet with a large stage area
• Green room downstairs
• Meeting room (downstairs). 75 Capacity
• Wheelchair accessible, with one accessible washroom
• Kitchen facility with commercial stove, oven and two commercial refrigerators
• Bar area with large commercial cooler
• Preschool operates in the back portion of the hall (Monday to Friday) from September to June.

Straiton Community Hall

Built by community volunteers on land donated by Louis Dione. Hall was official opened in 1958 centennial celebraions with a beautiful hardwood floor reclaimed form lanes in a bowling alley.
