During the hare-raising excitement of the Memorial Cup, visitors and residents alike can also enjoy their time away from the rink by participating in the Hare Hunt- a scavenger hunt locating Saginaw's famous bunny statues which have been scattered throughout the City and surrounding community areas. Over 20 bunnies will be placed at various points of community interest, bringing attention to local offerings and amenities while simultaneously allowing scavengers to enter their name into daily drawings for a chance at their share of over $10,000 worth of prizes.

Jolt Credit Union Event Park is an outdoor venue that includes a 10,000 sq. foot pavilion, a main stage and a grassy area designed to attract a wide range of events and draw people to Downtown Saginaw. The Jolt Credit Union Event Park is a safe and economical place in the community for people of all ages and scopes from around the region to gather for a wide variety of events. The 5500 capacity Jolt Credit Union Event Park is available for concerts, community events, fundraisers and more.

The Memorial Cup Legacy Project redesigned a section of Symphony Lane near the Dow Event Center. There is a space for food trucks, electrical access, and gathering areas.

New mural honoring Henry Marsh transforms the primary entrance to the City of Saginaw. Mayor Henry Marsh was one of the nation’s first black mayors and the first black mayor of the City of Saginaw.
